On July 9th 2015, Mr. Rzentkowski, Director of the IAEA Division of Nuclear Installation Safety and his two colleagues visited JANSI. While JANSI introduced its overall activities along with the current situations of the Japanese nuclear fleet, IAEA explained its efforts to address beyond design basis events following the Fukushima Daiichi accident. A wide range of topics including safety culture, safety goal and peer review were also actively discussed.
